The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works On Its Basis As Part Of The Task Thermomodernization Of Primary School No. 312 At Ul. Umińskiego 12” In Warsaw. Thermal Modernization Of The Primary School No. 312 At Ul. Umińskiego 12 In Warsaw Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Selected School Buildings In The Capital City Of Warsaw - Scope 1 Co-Financed By The Eea Fm 2014-2021. The Type Of Works And The Conditions For The Performance Of The Works Are Specified In The Functional-Utility Program (Fup) Constituting Annex 9A To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of: A) Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Designs In The Scope Of: 1) Insulation Of The Ceilings Of The Top Floor With Cellulose Wool By Blowing, 2) Repairs Of The Roof Covering After Thermal Modernization Works, 3) Replacement Of Windows And External Doors Along With The Replacement Of Necessary Flashings Sheet Metalwork, 4) Modernization Of The Lighting System - Replacement With Energy-Saving Led Light Sources, 5) Modernization Of The Heating System, 6) Construction Works Accompanying The Implementation Of Thermomodernization, B) Construction Works Aimed At Thermomodernization Of The School Building.3. The Material Scope Of The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of An Architectural Inventory Of The Building Which Is The Subject Of Thermal Modernization, 2) Preparation Of A Natural Inventory Of The Building And Its Use During Construction Works, 3) Development Of Technical Documentation For Thermal Modernization Of The School Building, Allowing For The Submission Of Works As Also Execution Of Construction Works, 4) Execution Of A Material And Financial Schedule With A Breakdown Of The Scope Of Works, 5) Submission Of An Application For Notification Of Works To The Department Of Architecture Of The Praga-Południe District Office, 6) Execution Of Construction Works For Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building, 7) Execution Of An Energy Audit Confirming The Achievement Of The Assumed Indicators Thermal Conductivity For Building Partitions And The Effect Of Reducing Energy Consumption. 4. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Based On Art. 95 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract, Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, The Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, As Amended), Employees/Employee Directly Performing Activities Related To, Among Others: Assembly Of Door And Window Joinery, Thermal Modernization Construction Works , Finishing, Electrical, Hydraulic, Etc. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Employing New Employees/Employee Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Employees/Employee Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform The Order.
