The Subject Of The Contract Is Catching Homeless Dogs In A Professional And Humane Manner, Transport To A Shelter With Maintenance, And In Necessary Cases To A Veterinary Facility, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of August 26, 1998 On The Principles And Conditions Of Catching Homeless Animals (Journal Of Laws No. 116, Item 753) And Their Maintenance.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Professionally Catch And Transport To The Shelter The Homeless, Unattended Dogs From The Town And Commune Of Pisz After Receiving The Notification; 2) Maintain The Dogs Placed In The Shelter By Performing The Following Activities: A) Ensuring Good The Quality Of Daily Food Appropriate To The Age, Health And Needs Of The Animal, B) Ensuring Appropriate Accommodation Conditions (Keeping The Pens Properly Clean, If Necessary, Carrying Out Disinfection And Deratization Of Cages, Boxes And Runs For Animals, But At Least Once Every Three Months) C) Providing Separate Rooms For Pregnant Bitches And Rooms For Aggressive Dogs, D) Providing Comprehensive Veterinary Care: Health Checks, Prevention, Treatment, Combating Internal And External Parasites, Rabies Vaccinations And Other Necessary Veterinary Treatments (On The Basis Of Specified In The Act Of August 21, 1997 On The Protection Of Animals (Journal Laws Of 2022, Item 572)), E) Observation Of Newly Admitted Animals During The Quarantine Period. 3) Keeping Accurate And Careful Records Of Dogs Staying In The Shelter, As Well As Preparing Information On: Sex, Ointment, C) Stay Of The Animal In The Shelter - Date Of Admission And Leaving The Shelter, D) Death Of The Animal With The Reason, E) Photographic Documentation Of Animals Admitted To The Shelter. For Whom There Are Contraindications To Perform These Procedures Due To Health Or Age - The Necessity Of The Procedure Is Decided By The Veterinarian Who Provides Medical Care In The Shelter, And If Such A Necessity Is Found, He Also Performs This Procedure. In The Case Of Puppies, Castration Can Be Performed After Reaching Three Months Of Age, And Sterilization After Reaching Six Months Of Age; 5) Euthanasia Of Blind Litters And Incurably Ill Dogs - The Veterinarian Who Provides Medical Care At The Shelter Decides About The Necessity Of Euthanasia, And If Such A Necessity Is Found, He Also Performs This Procedure. After Performing The Euthanasia Procedure, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Hand Over The Carcasses For Disposal By An Entity Authorized To Do So At The Contractors Expense; Accepting An Animal For Adoption;7) Transport Of Caught Animals In Accordance With Art. 24 Of The Act Of 21 August 1997 On The Protection Of Animals; 8) Catching: A) Homeless Dogs - Without Undue Delay, But Not Later Than Within 48 Hours Of Notification By The Employer, B) Aggressive Homeless Dogs - Immediately After Receiving The Notification From The Employer , Or The Poviat Police Headquarters In Pisz, But Not Later Than Within 12 Hours Of Notification.3. Trapping (Catching) Dogs And Then Keeping Them In The Shelter Is To Take Place In Accordance With The Applicable Law: 1) The Act Of 21 August 1997 On The Protection Of Animals (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 572), 2) The Act Of March 11, 2004 On The Protection Of Animal Health And Combating Infectious Animal Diseases (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1421, As Amended),3) The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2519, As Amended),4) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of August 26, 1998. On The Rules And Conditions For Catching Homeless Animals (Journal Of Laws No. 116, Item 753),5) Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of June 23, 2004 On Detailed Veterinary Requirements For Running Animal Shelters (Journal Of Laws No. 158, Item 1657).4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation Of The Contractor To Perform Key Parts Of The Order In Person Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.
