The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: - Demolition: Demolition Of The Existing Terrace With Stairs, External Stairs To The Building, Internal Walls, Existing Flashings, Dismantling Of Existing Gutters And Downpipes, Window And Door Joinery, External Window Sills And Internal Lightning Protection System , Removing/Chipping Off Loose External Plasters, Chipping Off Internal Plasters, Removing Roofing Felt, Dismantling External Lighting, Other Secondary Elements Of The Façade, Dismantling Internal Installations, Chipping Off Floors. Roof, New Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, Thermal Insulation Of External And Foundation Walls Of The Building, Waterproofing Of Foundation Walls And Floors On The Ground, New External Plaster And A New Façade In The Form Of Wooden Razor Blades, New Internal Plaster Interior And Finishing Layers In Accordance With The Projection Of The Walls, Assembly Of Internal And External Lighting Fixtures, Execution Of The Lightning Protection System, Electrical And Teletechnical Installations, Mechanical And Gravity Ventilation Installations, Water And Sewage Installations, Fire-Fighting Water Installations, Central Heating Installations, Construction Of New Partition Walls, New Floor Layers In The Rooms, New Floor Layers On The Ground, Installation Of New Door And Window Joinery, Installation Of Wall Tiles, Elements Of Sanitary Equipment, New Lighting Fixtures, Suspended Ceilings And Works Related To The Development Of The External Area.2. Before Starting The Works, An Agreement Should Be Signed With Poznańska Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Regarding The Rules Of Using Housing Estate Roads According To The Template Attached To The Agreement.3. The Employer Informs About The Presence On The Roof Of The Building Of A 12-Meter Antenna Mast With 3 Guy Wires, Permanently Anchored To The Ceiling Structure, Along With Control Cabinets That Remain On The Roof During Insulation Works. The Owner Of The Above Components Is An External Company Cellnex Telcom S.A.. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Owner Of The Mast About The Intention To Work On The Roof 14 Days In Advance. All Works Related To The Device Will Be Performed By The Owners Of The Mast. It Is Possible To Temporarily Disconnect The Power Mast For A Period Of Max. 2 Hours, After Prior Notification And Agreement With The Owner Of The Mast. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out A Dendrological Inventory, A Dendrological Survey And A Greenery Protection Project In Accordance With The Detailed Standards For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery Referred To In Ordinance No. 399/2022/P Of The Mayor Of The City Poznań Of May 17, 2022.
