Description Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Application For Co-Financing: “The Investment Includes The Construction Of A Kindergarten Building With A Cubage Of About 5860M3, Together With The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure, And Land Development. A One-Story, Detached Building Is Being Designed, Without A Basement, With A Partial Unused Attic, Serving Technical Functions. The Project Provides For The Passive House Standard. The Building Will Be Equipped With A Heat Pump, Photovoltaic Panels And An Air Recuperation Installation With Heat Recovery. The Building Will House 4 Preschool Wards (Rooms) And One Nursery Ward, Each Ward Will Be Equipped With Separate Storage Facilities, Sanitary Facilities And Cloakrooms. The Building Will Include Kitchen With Full Catering Equipment, Offices, Social Rooms, Warehouses. Boleslawiec. The Plot On Which The Construction Of The Facility Is Planned Is Currently A Built-Up Area With A Complex Of School Buildings, To Which Media Such As Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage And Power Connections Are Supplied, However, Independent Media From Newly Designed Connections Are Planned To Be Connected To The Designed Facility. 3) The Object In Question Was Designed As A Detached, One-Story Building, Without A Basement, With A Partial Unusable Attic Serving Technical Functions. The Facility Is Designed As A Passive Building. 4) Structurally Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Sandwich Foundation Walls Made Of M-6 Concrete Blocks With Local Wall Reinforcement In The Form Of Reinforced Concrete Cores, Insulated With 20 Cm Thick Mineral Wool, Finished With Facade Cladding - Structural Thin-Layer Plaster, Partly Wooden Cladding. The Part Located Below The Ground Level Is Secured With A Tight Layer Of Hydro Insulation. Layered Basement Walls Made Of Porotherm Ceramic Hollow Bricks, Gr. 25Cm On Cement-Lime Mortar, Locally Reinforced With Reinforced Concrete Cores.
