As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) Execution Of A New Layout Of Kitchen Facilities With A Separate Social Section For The Employed Staff, 2) Separation Of A Dry Goods Storage Section, 3) Separation Of A Cooling And Freezing Chamber, 4) Separation Rooms For Pre-Processing Vegetables With An Egg Disinfection Annex, 5) Separating A Place For Current Deliveries Of Products, 6) Separating An Annex For Washing Waiter Trolleys, 7) Separating A Washing Room Combined With A Kitchen And A Publishing Room Through A Walk-Through Wardrobe, 8) Making New Door And Window Joinery, 9 ) Technological Equipment Of The Kitchen, 10) Enlargement Of The Canteen Room In Order To Accommodate More Tables And Serve More Students At The Same Time, 11) Make Openings In Load-Bearing Walls (Reconstruction Of Structural Elements Of The Building), 12) Extension Of The Internal Gas Installation In The Back Room Of The Kitchen, 13) Adapting The Existing Measurement And Billing System To The Increased Power Allocation, Based On The Connection Conditions No. 22-G1/Wp/04875 Of June 13, 2022, 14) Adapting The External And Internal Electrical Installation To The Increased Power Consumption, 15) Installing The Internal And External Electricity,16) Construction Of New Risers And Levels Of Sanitary Installations With Outflow Approaches,17) Construction Of Domestic Sewage Systems Discharging Domestic Sewage To The Existing Sanitary Sewage System,18) Construction Of A Kt Pipeline Discharging Technological Sewage From The Kitchen And Washing Room To The Designed Fat Separator And The Existing Priest Outside The Building.4. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Disassembly Of The Door Woodwork, 2) Disassembly Of The Window Woodwork, 3) Chiseling Out The Existing Ceramic Wall Tiles, 4) Fragmentary Chipping Out Of The Floor On The Ground In The Canteen In Order To Pour Foundation Footings Below The Foundation Level Of The Existing Foundation Walls For The Designed Reinforced Concrete Columns, 5) Execution Of Vertical Cuts In The Load-Bearing Walls For The Designed Reinforced Concrete Columns In The Canteen, 6) Punctures In The Load-Bearing Walls After Filling The Designed Lintel Beams, 7) Liquidation Of The Existing Electrical And Sanitary Installations Within The Designated Scope Included In The Design Documentation, 8) Forging Existing Stoneware Tiles, Concrete Screeds And Lowering The Ground Level Under The Floor Layers In Order To Level The Floor, Making The Floor On The Ground In The Entire Kitchen Back-Up Area On One Level, 9) Demolition Of Partition Walls.
