The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Tuszyn, The Construction Of A New Raw Sewage Inflow Collector To The Sewage Treatment Plant And The Renovation Of The Asphalt Surface Of The Access Road To The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Area Covered By The Development Consists Of Plots With Registration No. 249 And 431, Precinct No. 0004, The City Of Tuszyn.2. The Investment Task In Question Is Co-Financed From Funds From The Regional Operational Program Of The Łódź Voivodeship For The Years 2014-2020.3. The Investment Is Carried Out On The Basis Of: - Decision No. 650/2021 Of December 16, 2021 Of The Staroste Of Łódź East, Reference Number Aib.6740.613.2021.A.S. Reg. No. 3454/2021, - Certificate No. 21/2015 Of December 18, 2015, Reference Number Bgign.T.6743.669.103.2015, On The Lack Of Objections Regarding The Intention To Perform Construction Works. 4. The Project Consists In The Extension And Reconstruction Of The Sewage And Sludge Part Of The Mechanical-Biological Sewage Treatment Plant In Tuszyn With A Nominal Capacity According To The Current Water Law Permit Qśrd = 1,785 M3/D And The Load Expressed In Pe = 9,073. As Part Of The Planned Project, The Treatment Plant Will Be Adapted To Sewage In The Current Amount, I.E. Qavg = 1,785 M3/D, But With A Larger Load Expressed By The Equivalent Number Of Inhabitants, I.E. Pe, I.E. 9,300. Municipal Treated Sewage Will Be Discharged As Before, Through The Dn600 Pipeline Outlet Through Ditch A And The City Ditch R-B To The Wolbórka River At Km 44+40 Of Its Course. The Project Does Not Change The Current Wastewater Treatment Technology. The Planned Investment Includes All Necessary And Purposeful Works To Perform The Facility Provided For In The Architectural And Construction Design Approved By Decision No. 650/2021 Of December 16, 2021 Of The Staroste Of Łódź East, Reference Number Aib.6740.613 .2021.A.S. Reg. No. 3454/2021, In Particular, This Includes The Execution Of The Following Works: - Construction Of A New Raw Sewage Inflow Collector Made Of Pvc-U With A Diameter Of Dn500 And A Length Of 676.2 M From The Manhole Located Near The Poviat Road To The K1 Chamber (Facility 1 ). The Collector Will Be Located Entirely On The Sewage Treatment Plant Plot. - Renovation Of The Concrete Surfaces Of The K1 Chamber Together With The Construction Of A New Dn500 Tight Passage For The New Raw Sewage Inflow Collector. - Renovation Of The Main Pumping Station Building And The Grate Hall (Facility 2) In The Scope Of Repairing Concrete Surfaces, Internal Plasters, Façade, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery And Roofing, Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, As Well As Replacement Of Sewage Pumps, Panel Grilles, Fittings, Tight Passages And Mechanical Ventilation Of The Building. - Disassembly Of The Existing Sand Trap (Facility 3.1) And Installation Of A New One Sand Screen (Facility 3.2). - Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Foundation Slab With Dimensions In Plan Of 8.3 X 2.5 M For A New Sand Trap (Facility 3.2) In The Outdoor Version With A Capacity Of Qśr = 30 L/S. - Repair Of Biological Reactors In Repair Of Concrete Surfaces, Renovation Of Platforms, As Well As Replacement Of Sewage Pumps, Mixers, Overflows, Aeration System, Chain Scraper, Airtight Passages And Fittings. - Replacement Of Blowers (3 Pcs.)
