Customs Brokerage 2. Warehousing Services 3. Transportation/Forwarding Services, Includes Inbound, Outbound, Internal, And External Movements. Unicef Procures Variety Of Goods And Equipment Locally And Internationally. The Main Commodities To Be Cleared, Received, Stored And Shipped/Distributed Under The Assignment Include, But Are Not Limited To: Emergency Shelter Items, E.G., Blankets, Buckets, Tents, Family Hygiene Kits Etc. Water And Sanitation Supplies And Equipment Education And Student Supplies Vehicles (All Types And Sizes) Vaccines, Pharmaceutical And Health Related Products/ Hospital/Laboratory Equipment Nutritional Products (Therapeutic Milks/Plumpy Nuts Etc...) Office Supplies And Equipment (It Equipment, Telecommunications Equipment, Consumables Etc) Personal Effects Of Un Staff Under Re-Assignment Dangerous Goods Any Other Items That Are Not Listed Above But Are Necessary For The Activities Of The Unicef In Png. Unicef Will Collaboratively Work With The Selected Service Provider(S) To Ensure That All Logistics Activities Are Carried Out In An Effective And Efficient Manner. This Requirement Seeks To Establish Long-Term Arrangement(S) And Consequent Contract(S) For Third Party Logistics Services Shall Include But Not Limited To; (1) Customs Clearance/Brokerage, (2) Domestic And International Forwarding/Distribution, And (3) Warehousing Services (Port Moresby And Lae). The Long-Term Arrangement(S) To Be Established For Two (2) Years With A Possible Extension For Another One Year Based On Satisfactory Performance. The Service Will Be Provided Taking Into Consideration Unicef Privileges And Immunities As Specified In The Basic Cooperation Agreement Between Unicef And The Government Of Papua New Guinea This Long-Term Arrangement Can Be Shared With Other Un Agencies Should The Need Arise. The Contractor Will Provide Customs Clearance, Warehousing, Cargo Handling And Freight Forwarding Services On Behalf Of Unicef Office Based In Papua New Guinea And Other Un Agencies Who Would Like To Benefit From This Arrangement Under Similar Prices, Terms And Condition (Common Un Long Term Agreement).
