Request For Proposals Are Invited For Establishing Multiple Long Term Agreements (Ltas) For The Provision Of Hotel Conferencing And Facilities Services Deadline: 24-Feb-2023 23:30 (Gmt 10.00) Eastern Australia, Guam, Vladivostok Unicef Is Looking At Establishing Long Term Arrangements (Ltas) For Hotel Conferencing And Facilities Services For All The Provinces In Papua New Guinea (Png) Where The United Nations Agencies Have Ongoing Projects. In These Ltas, Unicef Is Also Looking At Disbursing Participants Travel Allowances/Daily Subsistence Allowance (Dsa) Through The Hotels Facilities If Ever Possible. Interested Bidders Are To Submit Bids According For One Or Several Provinces Depending On The Number Of Locations They Are Located. Unicef Png Country Office Is Seeking Offers From Reputable, Well Established, And Experienced Hotels Duly Incorporated Under The Laws Of Png And Operating In One Or Several Of The Provinces Listed In The Table Above. They Are To Provide Hotel Conferencing And Facilities Services On A Long-Term Agreement (Lta) Basis At A Fixed Price For A Period Of 24 Months With Possible Extension For Further One Year Upon Satisfactory Delivery Of The Services. Again, Intending Bidders Are Allowed To Submit Proposals Covering All Provinces In Png Where They Are Operating.
