Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Farmer Survey Based Baseline Assessments. Publication Date: 30-Jan-2023 Expression Of Interest Deadline: 13-Feb-2023 Ifc Agri Advisory Team Will Be Implementing A Climate Smart Agri Project With A Leading Sugar Company In South India ( Tamil Nadu) In Two Districts ( Covering 12,000-15,000 Sugarcane Farmers) To Bring About Adoption Of Good Agricultural Climate Smart Practices At Farm Level ( Which Contribute To Yield Increase And Other Environmental Benefits). To Understand /Asses The Baseline Scenario Wrt To Yield And Farm Practices-Ifc Team Would Like To Conduct A Baseline Farmer Survey For Which A Third Party Agency Is Required For Data Collection ( From ~350 Project Farmers And ~350 Non Project Farmers). Ifc Team Would Provide The Final Baseline Questionnaire Provided Which Third Party Firm Is Expected To Use An Online Tool To Collect Data, Conduct The On Ground Survey , Clean Up/Provide First Level Analysis Of The Collected Field Data And Provide Back The Same To Ifc. Additionally Third Party Is Expected To Conduct Focus Group Discussions Of 50-70 Farmers For Additional Insights Etc.
