Project Objective(S)? The Project Is Intended To Deliver The Following Objectives: Identify A List Of Major Component Failure Modes That Will Require Tow To Port And Highlight Which Activities Could Potentially Be Carried Out In Situ; Particular Focus Is To Be Given To Mooring Lines And Cable Failures; Develop A Detailed Understanding Of How Tow To Port Major Component Exchange Activity Would Be Performed Considering Key Constraints Such As Suitable Ports Within An Accessible Distance, Availability Of Onshore Cranes And Mobilisation Timescales, Weather Constraints, Etc.; Identify Innovation Opportunities To Increase The Efficiency And / Or Reduce The Risk Of Tow To Port Activities; Assess The Potential For Major Component Exchange To Be Performed In-Situ, Including Potential Methodologies, Risks, Mitigations; Identify And Assess Innovation Needs To Facilitate Offshore Major Component Exchange; Identify And Assess Port Requirements, As Well As Weather Criteria For Towing Of Various Types Of Floaters; Identify And Assess Specific Requirements On Wtg And Floater Design To Allow And Facilitate Major Component Exchange
