The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Successive Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Hazardous And Non-Hazardous Industrial Waste With The Following Codes And Amounts: 07 02 08* - Other Distillation And Reaction Residues (Composition: Liquid Contaminated Acetone. Solid Remaining From The Distillation Of Acetone In In The Form Of Pieces Of Solidified Composition Of Epoxy Resin With Hardener) - 2.5 Mg/Year. 07 02 17 - Wastes Containing Silicones Other Than Those Mentioned In 07 02 16. (Composition: Solid In The Form Of Two-Component Silicone) - 12 Mg/Year. 12 01 05 - Waste From Rolling And Smoothing Of Plastics (Composition: Solid In The Form Of Broken, Crushed Technological Waste Of Glass-Epoxy Products, Hardened Glass Fiber Impregnated With A Resin Composition) - 40 Mg/Year. 0.4 Mg /Year. 15 01 10* - Packaging Containing Residues Of Hazardous Substances (Composition: Packaging Made Of 200 Dm³ Steel Sheet, Hobbock, Canister, Containing Residues Of A Substance Classified As Hazardous - Residues Of Epoxy Resins, Hardeners, Paints) - 0.5 Mg/Year. 15 02 02* - Sorbents, Filter Materials (Including Oil Filters Not Included In Other Groups), Wiping Cloths (Rags, Cloths) And Protective Clothing Contaminated With Hazardous Substances (E.G. Pcb) - 7 Mg/Year. 16 03 05* - Organic Waste Containing Hazardous Substances (Composition: Liquid With An Irritating Odor - Hydrocarbons, Aliphatic Amines, Acid Anhydrides, Silicones). Remains Of Substances And Mixtures Not Used In Technological Tests And Expired Substances Of The Mixture Intended For The Production Process) - 0.2 Mg/Year. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Lease Of One Container With A Capacity Of 36 M3. Waste Code 12 01 05 Will Be Stored In The Container. For The Purpose Of Selective Waste Collection, The Contractor Will Deliver (Lease) To The Employer 15 Containers With A Capacity Of 1 M3 Each, For The Current Storage Of Waste Codes 15 02 02* And 07 02 17. Containers In The Amount 15 Pcs. Must Be Available On The Premises Of The Ordering Party On A Continuous Basis, I.E. When The Contractor Collects The Filled Number Of Containers, Indicated By The Ordering Party In The E-Mail Notification, The Contractor Shall Provide The Same Number Of Empty Containers. Collection Of Waste From The Employer Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors Specialized Transport, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Law Regarding The Transport Of Industrial Waste. The Collection Of Waste Will Be Made After The Ordering Partys E-Mail Notification To The Contractor, Within Five Working Days From The Date Of Notification. The Waste Submitted For Collection Shall Be Properly Segregated, Secured And Prepared For Transport By The Ordering Party. The Loading Will Be On The Side Of The Ordering Party. The Employer, Together With The Waste Intended For Disposal And Management, Will Provide The Contractor With Documentation That Meets The Requirements Of Applicable Law.
