Tenders are invited for Substantive Study (5 Scripts) For Animated Films And Production Of 5 Animated Films

As Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Regarding The Substantive Development (Scripts), The Contractor Will Develop 5 Scenarios Containing: 1) A Detailed Description Of The Individual Scenes That The Animated Film Will Consist Of, Including The Identification And Description Of The Characters That Will Appear In Them Along With An Indication Of Specific Actors - If Any Planned - Who Are To Take Part In The Animated Film, The Place Where The Action Of This Film Will Take Place And - If Provided - Elements Of Scenography Characteristic Of A Given Scene Appearing In The Frame, About Their Display In The Image, Preferably In The Form Of A Sketch Showing The Individual Components, 3) A Description Of The Type And Tempo Of The Music And Any Sound Effects, Timbre And Timbre Of The Lectors Voice That Will Be Used In Individual Scenes - If Provided, 4) A Detailed Description Of The Content Appearing On The Screen In The Form Of Graphics/Iconography And Subtitles And The Proposed Method Of Their Presentation, As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Production Of Animated Films
