The Task Includes The Development Of Design Documentation And, On Its Basis, The Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of: Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Basement Near The Ground, Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Ground Floor And First Floor, Insulation Of The Flat Roof, Replacement Of Door And Window Joinery, Execution Of Accompanying Works (Replacement Of Flashings, Window Sills, Gutters And Downpipes, Checking And Repairing House Drains, Repairing Roofs Over Entrances, Installing A New Lightning Protection System, Painting Railings, Repairing Stairs And External Terraces, Painting All Walls And Ceilings Inside The Building After Installation Works), Replacement Of The Central Heating System And Boiler Room With Adaptation Of The Room To The New Function, The Use Of Luminaires With Energy-Saving Led Lighting In The Building, The Task Is Carried Out In The Design-Build System Based On The Functional-Utility Program Developed And Delivered By The Employer And The Energy Audit. 2) Reconstruction And Change Of The Use Of Living Rooms For A Kindergarten In The Scope Of: Adapting A Part Of The Existing Building, Focusing Residential Functions For The Needs Of The Kindergarten, Demolition Of The Partition Walls Of The Existing Apartment On The First Floor, Separating New Rooms With The Following Functions: Classroom, Sanitary Facilities And Corridors. Using The Existing Staircase To Enable Communication Inside The Building, Demolition Of The Stairs Leading To The Apartment And Partition Walls On The First Floor, Filling In The Ceiling, Punching An Opening That Will Connect The Two Parts Of The Building.
