Student Residences Property Management Program (Paint, Floor And Small Repair) - This Request For Supplier Qualification (Rfsq) Is An Invitation By The University Of Ottawa (Owner) To General Contractors (Proponents) To Submit Proposals To Be Prequalified For The Student Residences Property Management Program Which Is The Annual Summer Painting, Small Repairs And Flooring Replacements In The Student Residences Across Campus. This Year, The Work Will Be Divided Into Two Separate Request For Tenders. One Will Include The ‘Unoccupied’ Residences, And The Other Will Include The ‘Occupied’ Residences. Refer To Appendix G For A Detailed Scope Of Work And List Of Buildings Included In Each Request For Tender.
