The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of A Public Utility Building As Part Of The Task Entitled Thermomodernization Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center Along With The Modernization Of Selected Rooms In Lubrza At Ul. Wolności 73, Plot No. 368/22. All Works Covered By The Renovation Do Not Affect The External Partitions And Do Not Interfere With The Structural Elements Of The Building. Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out On The Ground Floor Of The Building. The Building Will Be Insulated In Its Entirety. The Scope Of Works Includes: − Thermal Insulation Of The Building (The Height Of The Building In The Ridge Is 8.71 M), Along With Accompanying Works, - Replacement Of Existing And Installation Of New Cctv Cameras, − Replacement Of External And Internal Windows And Doors Within These Only Openings, Without Changing Their Size, I.E. Maintaining The Existing Dimensions And Without Interfering With The Building Structure, - Renovation Of: Ceilings, Internal Walls And Floors, - Disassembly And Assembly Of Partition Walls In Order To Change The Functional Layout Of The Building, Separation Of Rooms With Partition Walls, Forging New Openings In Partition Walls, − Renovation Of Internal Installations: Electrical, Lightning Protection, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage System, Ventilation, Central Heating, Including Internal Finishing Works After Replacing All Installations, − Assembly Of Kitchen Equipment In Accordance With The Specification, − Assembly Of A Platform For The Disabled Inside Building.
