The Task Includes The Following Construction Works: • Preparatory And Earthworks; ;• Execution Of The Roof Structure And Roofing;• Installation Of Window And Door Carpentry;• Execution Of Partition Walls, Floors, Plaster;• Painting, Tiling;• Facade Works;• Implementation Of Hardening, Stairs, Driveways;• Electrical Works;• Sanitary Works ;• Tests And Measurements;• Finishing Works;• Supply And Assembly Of Equipment;• Development Of The Plot Area. The Detailed Scope Of The Above-Mentioned Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Construction Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Are Attached To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Not Binding And Are Only Auxiliary Material For The Contractor, Who, In Order To Prepare The Offer, Should Develop His Own Bill Of Quantities Based On The Design Of The Construction Documentation. Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Cover The Entire Investment Task. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Supply Electricity And Water To The Construction Site At His Own Expense.
