Tenders are invited for Execution Of Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled : Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Residential Building Of The Brzozowiec Lodge No. 3

The Extension Of The Residential Building Of The Brzozowiec Foresters Lodge Will Consist In Increasing The Usable Area On The Ground Floor By Adding New Rooms For Administrative Purposes. As A Result Of The Extension, The Following Will Be Created: • Vestibule • Bathroom • Waiting Room • Office • Social Room (Kitchenette). The Extension Will Also Include Enlarging The Existing Terrace Over The Part Being Added. The Bathroom Will Be Enlarged By Demolishing The Partition Wall. The Internal Stairs Will Be Demolished And A New One Should Be Built In Their Place. The External Stairs Will Also Be Demolished And A Ramp For People With Mobility Disabilities Will Be Built In Their Place. The Electrical And Water-Sewage System On The Ground Floor Of The Building Will Also Be Reconstructed. The Guarantee Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Content Of The Attached Guarantee Card, Which Will Be Attached To The Agreement.
