Tenders are invited for Delivery Of Diesel Fuel For The Municipal Management Company In Swarzędz

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil (Depending On The Ambient Temperature [Period] Respectively: Summer, Winter), Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels According To Annex 3 - Diesel Oil Standard” Or, Respectively, “With Improved Low-Temperature Properties” (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended).2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Diesel Fuel Of Quality And Parameters (Composition) Compliant With The Law, In Particular Those Corresponding To The Polish Standard Pn-En 590+A1: 2017-06, Both For The Winter And Summer Periods.3. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered To The Fuel Storage Tank Located On The Premises Of Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej In Swarzędz, Ul. Strzelecka 2 And Will Take Place Approximately Once A Month. Each Time, The Contractor Delivered From About 2,000 To About 4,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil (At Real Temperature). Deliveries Will Be Made From Monday To Friday From 7.00 To 13.00. The Ordering Party Stipulates That During The Performance Of The Contract There May Be Months Without An Order For The Delivery Of Diesel Oil.4. The Maximum Monthly Demand For Diesel Fuel Supplies Should Not Exceed 4,000 Litres.5. The Demand For Individual Deliveries Will Be Reported In Writing Or By E-Mail By The Representative Of The Ordering Party.6. Diesel Fuel Will Be Delivered Not Later Than Within 24 Hours From The Date And Time Of The Request By The Ordering Party.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract With The Quality And Parameters (Composition) Compliant With The Law, In Particular Those Corresponding To The Polish Standard, Both For The Winter And Summer Periods.8. For Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil Which Is The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Provide A Document On The Quality Of A Given Batch Of Fuel In The Original Or A Certified Copy (Quality Certificate).9. The Ordering Party Requires Deliveries To Be Made By The Contractor With A Road Tanker Equipped With A Pump Or A Distributor, Meeting All The Requirements Of The Applicable Law In The Field Of Road Tankers (Vehicles For The Transport Of Liquid Fuels). The Vehicle Used For The Delivery Of Diesel Oil Should Be Equipped With Legalized Measuring Devices Measuring The Amount Of Fuel Discharged Into The Storage Tank.10. Together With Each Delivery Of Diesel Fuel, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A Computer Printout From The Road Tankers Measuring Device, Containing At Least The Following Data: Date Of Delivery, Volume Of Diesel Oil At The Reference Temperature Of 15 °C, Volume Of Diesel Oil At The Actual Ambient Temperature Measured At The Time Of Oil Delivery Drive.11. Before Starting The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present: A List Of Road Tankers Which Will Be Used For Deliveries, With A Certificate Stating That The Road Tankers Are Equipped With Devices Protecting Against Tank Overflow.12. Road Tankers Used By The Contractor Should Have A Certificate Authorizing Them To Transport Diesel Oil.13. Fuel Collection Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Employers Representative And The Tank Truck Driver.14. When Accepting The Delivery Of Diesel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Connect The Hose To The Filler Neck Of The Tank Indicated By The Employers Employee. During Unloading, The Pump May Only Be Switched On When The Hose Outlet Is Blocked. After Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities And Without Reservations Of The Employers Employee, The Diesel Oil Is Drained Into The Tank.15. Under The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Diesel Oil In The Order, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs.16. For Billing Purposes, The Employer Will Assume The Density Of Diesel Fuel At The Reference Temperature Of 15°C.17. The Prices Of The Delivered Diesel Oil Will Be Determined Each Time In Relation To The Wholesale Prices Of The Orlen Oil Concern On The Day Of Delivery, Less A Discount (Rebate) At The Contractors. The Prices Referred To In The Previous Sentence Are Available On The Website Of The Orlen Concern. To Calculate The Offer Price, The Average Price Of The Orlen Group As At 20/01/2023 Should Be Adopted18. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, Throughout The Term Of The Contract, Have A Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of The Conducted Activity For The Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (In Words: One Million Zlotys 00/100). Due To The Specificity Of The Contract, The Following Will Apply Rules For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Remuneration Only For The Actual Amount Of Delivered Diesel Oil;
