In Piechowice On Plots No. 84/1, 86, 81, 87, 434/2, 79/2, 79/1, 89/1, 92/2, 92/6, 90/2 Dr, 91/3, 78, 95/2 Rev . 0008 Unit No.: 020603_1 The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sewage Network With A Diameter Of: Dz200 Made Of Pvc-U Pipes With A Total Length Of L=507.50 M; Construction Of 12 Sanitary Sewage Connections With A Diameter Of Dz160 Made Of Pvc-U Pipes With A Total Length Of L = 229.50 M; • Dz160 Made Of Pp Pipes With A Total Length Of L= 13.50 M. Channels Made Of Pvc-U Solid And Pp Solid Pipes With Ring Stiffness Sn8, Socket Joints Joined With A Gasket. Concrete Wells With A Diameter Of Ø1200 Mm. On The Route Of The Sanitary Sewage Network, 24 Concrete Inspection Chambers Should Be Made. Conduit Material, Diameter Length/Number Of Pieces Pvc-U Pipe Sn8 Dz200 - 507.5 Mpvc-U Pipe Sn8 Dz160 - 229.5 Mpp Pipe Sn8 Dz160 - 13.5 Concrete Chamber Ø1200 Mm + Cast Iron Manhole D400 - 5 Pcs. Concrete Chamber Ø1200 Mm + Manhole B125 - 29 Pcs. Plastic Chamber Ø625 Mm For Energy Dissipation + Manhole B125 - 1 Pc. Plastic Chamber Ø425 + Cast Iron Manhole D400 - 3 Pcs. Plastic Chamber Ø425 + Cast Iron Manhole B125 - 10 Pcs. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Construction Of 12 Sanitary Sewage Connections Made Of Pvc-U And Pp Solid Plastic Pipes, With Sn8 Circumferential Stiffness, Socket Joints Connected With A Gasket, With A Total Length Of 243.0 M. Slope Above 25% Made Of Pp Pipes. On The Route Of Service Connections, 10 Concrete Inspection Chambers Ø1200 Mm And Plastic Ø425 Mm Chambers - 28 And 1 Plastic Chamber Ø625 Mm For Energy Precipitation Should Be Installed. From A Connected Building. Number Of Connected Buildings - 12. After The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System With Connections, The Surface Of The Roadway And Shoulders Should Be Rebuilt Along The Length And The Entire Width Of The Works, Taking Into Account The Wedge Of The Fragment. Slopes Higher Than 1.0 M, In Order To Improve Stability, Should Be Reinforced With Gabion Baskets Placed On A Concrete Footing And Anchored In The Ground. Gabion Baskets Should Be Made Of Steel Mesh With Hexagonal Mesh And Double Braid Of Wires. Baskets Should Have Transverse Partitions Every 1 M. The Front Wall And One Of The Side Walls Should Be Made Of Wire With A Minimum Diameter Of 3.9 Mm In Order To Give The Facing Walls Greater Rigidity. The Steel Wire From Which The Mesh Is Made Should Be Protected Against Corrosion With A Zinc-Aluminum Alloy. It Is Designed To Build A Sewage System With A Diameter Of: • Dn200 Made Of Pvc-U Pipes With A Total Length Of L=289.0 M; Total Length L=215.0 M Sewer Foundation The Depth Of Foundation Of The Designed Sewers Is From Approx. 1.2 To 3.6 M And Is Adapted To The Terrain Conditions And Allows Connection Of All Plots Adjacent To The Sanitary Sewage Collector. Ducts Materialthe Ducts Should Be Made Of Pvc-U Solid Plastic Pipes, With Sn8 Ring Stiffness, Socket Joints Connected With A Gasket And A Pe100, Sdr17 Discharge Pipe. On The Sewage System Route, 12 Concrete Inspection Chambers And 10 Plastic Chambers Should Be Made. The Chambers Should Be Made Of Concrete Prefabricated Concrete Elements With A Strength Of Min. C35/45, Water-Tight (W8), Low-Absorption (Nw≤4%), Frost-Resistant (F-150) Connected With Rubber Gaskets With A Prefabricated Bottom And Lead-Out Stubs. 9 Sanitary Sewage Connections Should Be Made To The Buildings Located In Close Proximity To The Planned Sanitary Sewage Collector. The Ducts Should Be Made Of Pvc-U Solid Plastic Pipes, With Circumferential Stiffness Sn8, Socket-Joint Joints, With A Total Length Of 215 M. On The Route Of The Designed Connections, 18 Plastic Manholes Have Been Designed. B125. With D-400 Class Manholes And D425 Mm Plastic Manholes (11 Pcs.) With D-400 Class Manholes Should Be Built On The Sewage Network And Seventeen Sanitary Sewage Connections. Channel Material. The Channels Should Be Made Of Pvc-U Solid Plastic Pipes, With Sn8 Circumferential Stiffness, Socket Joints Connected With A Gasket And A Pe100, Sdr17 Pressure Pipe. Mm. On The Sewage System Route, 7 Concrete Inspection Chambers And 11 Plastic Chambers Should Be Made. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Construction Of 17 Sanitary Sewage Connections To Buildings Located In Close Proximity To The Sanitary Sewage Collector. The Ducts Should Be Made Of Pvc-U Solid Plastic Pipes, With Circumferential Stiffness Sn8, Socket Joints Connected With A Gasket, With A Total Length Of 428.0 M. Plastic Chambers Should Be Made In The Number Of 31 Along The Connection Route. Class B125. Assembly Works On The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network Will Be Carried Out In Open Excavations. The Road Surface And Shoulders Were Adopted For Reconstruction Along The Length And The Entire Width Of The Works, Taking Into Account The Wedge Of The Fragment.
