The Scope Of The Investment Will Include, Among Others: - Excavations For Foundations; - Execution Of Footings; - Execution Of Anti-Moisture Insulation; - Execution Of Foundation Walls With Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation; - Execution Of External Walls With Thermal Insulation; - Execution Of Internal Walls; - Execution Of Internal Cladding, Plastering And Painting Works; - Execution Of Thermal Insulation And Façade Cladding; - Execution Of Floor Layers; - Execution Of Flat Roofs; - Execution Of Suspended Ceilings; - Assembly Of Internal Door Joinery; - Assembly Of External Window And Door Joinery; - Execution Of Central Heating, Water And Sewage, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Systems; Execution Of Electrical, Internal And External Lighting, Monitoring, Teletechnical And Fire Protection Systems; - Equipping All Rooms In The Facility; - Land Development With Hardening Of Access Roads And Access To Buildings And Car Parks. 2. Additional Information: 4.1 The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Protection Of All Elements In The Vicinity Of The Work Site, Which Are Not The Subject Of The Works, Against Destruction Or Damage, 4.2 The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Set Of Required Documents Allowing For The Completion Of The Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For A Given Scope 4.3 The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Issued Design Arrangements, Technical Conditions And Issued Consents And Arrangements, Among Others Contained In The Design, 4.4 The Contractor Shall Foresee And Secure, And Provide Residents With Access To Flats/Buildings Throughout The Construction Period. Principles Of Traffic Organization In Connection With The Works Carried Out, In Particular During The Period Of Increased Traffic: - Minimizing The Total Time Of Carrying Out The Works; - Minimizing The Length Of Sections Excluded From Traffic; - Ensuring Such Organization Of Works That Would Allow Minimizing Difficulties For Residents And Road Users, And Even Possibly Interrupting Execution Of Works On Weekends, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Geodetic Marks, And In The Event Of Damage Or Destruction, They Must Be Restored In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Law.
