1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Lunch Sets For Students Of The Team Of Integration Schools For Them. Silesian Piasts In Legnica Consisting Of Two Courses: Soup, Second Course And Compote.2. The Employer Plans That: - The Predictable Number Of Meals Delivered Daily - About 300 Lunches, - In The Months Of March - December 2023. Approximately 43,200 Lunches Should Be Provided, I.E. 300 Lunches X 144 Nutrition Days.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Lunches Delivered According To Students Orders. If The Total Delivery Of Lunches Is Less Than The Number Of 43,200 Planned By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Financial Claims On This Account.4. Any Changes In The Number Of Ordered Lunches Will Be Reported By The Ordering Party To The Contractor No Later Than By 9:00 A.M. On A Given Day. 5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Above-Mentioned Lunches With Own Transport Starting From March 1, 2023. Until December 22, 2023, On All Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding The Period Of Holiday Breaks, Statutory Holidays Or Additionally Free From Didactic And Educational Activities And The Period Of The Distance Learning Process.6. Lunches Should Be Delivered Between 1030-1100.7. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The Schools Working Day, Lunch Delivery Will Take Place At A Different Time - After Prior Agreement With The Contractor.8. On The First Day Of The Week, The Contractor Shall Deliver A Weekly Menu With The Weight Ingredients (Grammage) Of The Dishes For The Attention Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Quality Of The Lunches In Accordance With The Menu Presented In The Offer.9. All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Laws. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132), Including The Implementing Provisions To This Act. 10. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Strictly Comply With The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food. Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition For Children And Adolescents. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Standards For The Appropriate Age Group (Weight And Caloric Content Appropriate For Children And Adolescents Aged 6 To 19) In Accordance With The Provisions On Food Production. Dinners Must Be Prepared From Raw Materials, I.E. From Previously Unprocessed Meat, Raw Vegetables (Seasonal Use Of Frozen Fruit And Vegetables Is Allowed In Winter). Instant Products, Ready-Made Sauces And Powdered Potatoes (Mashed Potatoes) Are Not Allowed.11. The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver Meals In Compliance With The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In Terms Of Personnel And Production Conditions And Will Take Responsibility For Their Compliance.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality Products And Safety In Accordance With Haccp Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Store Food Samples From All Prepared And Delivered Meals, Each Day For A Period Of 72 Hours, With The Date, Time, Content Of The Food Sample And The Signature Of The Person Responsible For Collecting These Samples.13. Meals Should Be Transported In Thermos Flasks That Ensure Proper Protection, Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Food. Specialized Thermoses Should Guarantee The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And The Quality Of The Transported Food And Be Approved By The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector. The Minimum Temperature Of The Soup Should Be 75Oc, The Second Course 65Oc, And The Maximum Temperature Of Cold Products (Salad) 15Oc.14. Meals Will Be Delivered By The Contractor With Its Own Transport, Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Food. Meals Will Be Delivered From The Place Of Production To The Distribution Premises At The School By The Contractor At His Cost.15. The Ordering Party Has Its Own Dishes (Plates, Cutlery, Cups).16. The Ordering Party Assumes All Organizational Matters Related To The Direct Distribution Of Meals To Students Using The Services Of The School Canteen.17. Costs Related To Serving Dinners, Washing Dishes, Cleaning The Canteen Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party - These Costs Should Not Be Included In The Calculation Of The Dinner Price.
