In The Event Of A Water Supply Interruption, The Contractor Shall, At His Own Expense, Ensure The Supply Of Potable Water To The Kindergarten And Pharmacy In The Amount Necessary For Their Proper Functioning. Note!! If Standards, Technical Approvals, Proper Names, Tools, Materials, Etc. Are Used In The Tender Documentation (Swz With Attachments), They Should Be Treated As Exemplary For The Purpose Of Specifying The Subject Of The Contract And Specifying The Technical And Quality Standard - The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalence. Tools And Materials To Perform The Contract Should Be Accepted In The Quality Category Not Lower (Equivalent) Than That Indicated In The Tor And Its Attachments. The Products Used Should Comply With The Applicable Law. The Contractor Who Refers To The Equivalent Solution Described By The Employer In The Tender Documentation Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Equivalent Product Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Employer. A List Of Equivalent Products Together With Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Equivalence Features Of The Offered Products Shall Be Submitted By The Contractor Together With The Offer. If The Contractor Does Not Submit A Statement On The Use Of Equivalent Products In The Offer (By Submitting A List Of Equivalent Products And Supporting Evidence), It Is Understood That The Products Proposed In The Tender Documentation Were Included In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Guarantee Period Provided By The Contractor Must Be At Least 60 Months . The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Period Of The Quality Guarantee Granted.
