The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Pressure Channel With A Diameter Of 90 Mm In Strzelce - 1,758 M, 2) Pressure Channel With A Diameter Of 110 Mm In Borzymów - 962 M. Scope Of Works To Be Performed: A) Preparatory Works - Geodetic Measurements, Supervision Archaeological Site, Location Of The Existing Utilities; B) Earthworks - Excavations, Demolition Of The Existing Pavement, Drainage Of Excavations, Foundation For Sewers, Backfilling Of Excavations; C) Assembly Works - Pressure Pipelines; Inspection Of Sewers; And Performance Of Other Works Guaranteeing The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 12 To The Swz, Together With Attachments, I.E.: 1. Design Documentation.2. Bill Of Quantities.3. Detailed Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: A) Ensuring Proper Protection, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site; B) Geodetic Services With As-Built Inventory In 2 Copies Along With An Electronic Version; C) Providing As-Built Documentation (As-Built Cost Estimate, Declarations, Certificates, Instructions, Etc. .),D) Full Responsibility Of The Contractor For Violating The Provisions On Environmental Protection On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site, And For Handling Waste To A Degree That Completely Releases The Employer From This Responsibility. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract In Question Are Also Specified In Draft Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 11 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of This Order.
