1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Shaft And The Delivery And Assembly Of A Passenger Lift In The Building Of The Lubin Commune Office. As Part Of The Investment In Question, An Elevator Shaft Was Designed From The Basement Level To The 3Rd Floor. The Shaft Is Designed As A Brick Shaft Made Of Concrete Blocks, Tied With Reinforced Concrete Wreaths And Pins. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes, Among Others, The Following Basic Elements: • Demolition Works, • Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of The Foundation, Foundation And Above-Ground Walls Of The Shaft, Flat Roof And Partition Walls In Rooms From Which The Elevator Shaft Is Separated, • Delivery And Installation Of Doors In Rooms Resulting From The Separation Of The Shaft, • Delivery And Installation Of An Electric Passenger Lift With A Lifting Capacity Of 630 Kg Or 8 People, • Construction Of An Internal Power Supply Line, • Reconstruction Of The Existing Switchgear, • Lighting, • Finishing And Cleaning Works. In Order To Adapt The Functionality Of The Facilities To The Needs Of All Users, Including People With Disabilities, A Building Without Architectural Barriers Was Designed. Operational Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.
