Kazimierz Strzelczyk;I) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Auxiliary Material For Estimating The Offer Price Of The Contractor. Scope Of Works For Reconstruction Of Ul. Szkolna, Does Not Include The Construction Of 22 Parking Spaces And The Felling Of 4 Trees - In Accordance With Appendix No. 24.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Design Documentation, Including The Construction And Executive Design, Which Is Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or In The Drawings, Or Both In The Description And In The Drawings. Both The Technical Description And Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Designs Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Art And In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Investors Supervision, The Documentation Listed In § 1 Section 3 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 7 To Swz), Taking Into Account The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers For The Disabled. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Accompanying Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Above-Mentioned Streets And Their Connection With The Existing Neighboring Streets, Pavements, Buildings, Accesses To Buildings Stairs, Platforms, Etc. The Contractor, On His Own, Provides The Necessary Media Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Works, 5) Incurring All Costs Related To The Implementation, Supervision And Fulfillment Of All Obligations Arising From The Decision On The Building Permit / Lack Of Objection And Obligations Arising From The Obtained Agreements And Opinions And Those That The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain During The Execution Of Construction Works,6) Carrying Out Tests, Tests And Measurements During The Performance Of Construction Works And Acceptance Tests In Accordance With The Technical Specification,7) Providing The Employer On The Day Of Signing The Contract With Statements On The Assumption Of Duties By The Site Manager And Works Managers,8 ) Cleaning The Surface Of The Adjacent Area And Streets On An Ongoing Basis In The Case Of Fertilizing Mud From The Construction Site On The Wheels Of Machines, Cars And Other Technical Devices, 9) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Restoring The Adjacent Area To Its Original State After Completion Of The Works, 10) Removing Demolition Material And Debris , Mass M Ineral-Bituminous Materials And Redundant Materials And Unnecessary Equipment For The Landfill And Incurring The Costs Of Their Storage And Disposal,11) Geodetic Services During The Implementation Of Construction Works, As Well As To Perform The As-Built Geodetic Measurement With The Title Page And Legend, And In Electronic Form On A Cd 12) Protection Of Geodetic Control Points, And In The Event Of Their Destruction Or Damage, Or The Need To Transfer The Order To An Authorized Geodetic Execution Unit To Restore Them Or Establish New Ones, 13) Submit Documents To The Employer Prior To Signing The Contract Resulting From The Tor, 14) Implement The Safety And Health Protection Plan, 15) Participation Of The Construction Manager And Industry Works Managers In Construction Councils Held At Least Once A Week, 16) Preparation Of Construction Settlements, Invoices On An Ongoing Basis, According To The Employers Recommendations, 17) Other Necessary Activities Required By Law And Related To The Implementation Of Subject Of The Order,18) Performing Coordination Functions In Relation To The Works Carried Out By Subcontractors,19) Fulfilling The Obligations Also On The Part Of The Investor (Commune) Resulting From The Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Contained In The Construction Design, As Well As Those That Will Be Issued In The Course Execution Of Works, 20) Providing, At The Request Of The Employer, Post-Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Incorporation, E.G. A Stone Curb, Concrete Cubes, Stone From Demolition, Which The Contractor Should Clean, Stack On Pallets And Foil And Transport To A Place Indicated By The Employer At A Distance Of Up To 10 Km From The Construction Site. Similarly, Other Post-Demolition Elements, E.G. Lighting Fixtures, Etc. In The Event Of The Employers Resignation From Demolition Materials, The Contractor Will Take Them To A Landfill And Bear The Costs Of Their Storage And Disposal.
