1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Volunteer Fire Department Located On Plot No. 876/2 In Witaszyce At Ul. Zielona, ​​Commune Of Jarocin. The Planned Reconstruction Consists In The Demolition Of The Load-Bearing Wall (Gable Window) And In The Front Wall Of The Door, The Demolition Of The Existing Partition Walls And The Design Of New Walls Made Of Cardboard And Gypsum Boards. The Scope Of Which Includes Construction Works, Walls, Plastering And Internal Wall Cladding Works, Plastering And Internal Cladding Works For Ceilings, Floors, Door And Window Joinery, Walkways And Stairs Around The Building, Elevation, Electrical And Low-Voltage Installations, Dismantling Works, Laying Electrical Installation Routes , Laying Of Cables And Assembly Of Accessories, Construction Works, Execution And Assembly Of Boards And Switchboards, Measurement Works, Sanitary Installations, Internal Sanitary Sewage System, External Sanitary Sewage System, Water Supply System, Ventilation System And Central Heating System. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Detailed Design For The Investment Entitled Reconstruction Of The Tso Witaszyce Elaborated By Kowalski Pracownia Projektowa Sp. Z O.O.3. If The Technical Documentation/Bill Of Quantities/Stwior Contains The Name Of The Manufacturer Or Company, The Employer Reserves The Right To Use Other Materials Equivalent, But With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Documentation/Stwior And The Bill Of Quantities. A. Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Swz By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To. B. Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Employer Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. C. Whenever The Swz Indicates A Materials Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Material That Meets The Technical Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. Whenever This Specification Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies It Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Guaranteeing Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies Or Materials Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Acceptance Of Equivalent Materials On The Part Of The Ordering Party Will Take Place In Writing On The Basis Of Documents Submitted By The Contractor (Catalogue Cards Or Other Documents) Confirming Their Equivalence. D. Note: With Regard To Each Standard Referred To In The Swz, Including The National Standard, The Employer Allows The Use Of An Equivalent Standard. Thus, Each Phrase Included In The Swz Referring To A Standard, Normative, Approval, Material, Patent Or Trademark Should Be Read With The Accompanying Note Or Equivalent, Taking Into Account The Guidelines And Requirements Specified In The Swz Specifying The Equivalence Parameters.4. Common Cpv Procurement Vocabulary: 45262700-8 - Reconstruction Of Buildings 45400000-1 - Finishing Works In The Field Of Building Structures 45310000-3 - Electrical Installation Works 45330000-9 - Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works 45100000-8 - Site Preparation For Construction 45453000-7 - Repair And Renovation Works5. The Purchaser Does Not Allow Partial Submissions. 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Envisage Dividing The Contract Into Parts. Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Should Be Stated That It Is Indivisible. Dividing The Performance Of The Contract Into Lots Would Result In Increased Costs, Implementation Difficulties And The Risk Of Delaying Deadlines, As Well As Being Artificial And Pointless. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Variant Offers And Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Award Of Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7.
