It Intervenes, In Partnership With National And Decentralized Institutions, Technical And Financial Partners And Local Operators, As (1) Carrier Of Field Projects, And (2) Technical Assistant, Through The Provision Of Technical Engineering , Economic, Social, And Financial, Assistance To Project Management, In Particular: By Supporting Public Institutions And Local Organizations In Identifying And Formulating Responses To The Problems Of Access To Drinking Water And Sanitation That They Encounter; By Identifying Technical And Economic Solutions, Systems Of Governance, Management Of Services, And Behavior Change Guaranteeing A Balance Between Quality And Viability Of Services At The Local Level; By Developing Field Projects And Mobilizing Funding For Their Implementation; By Building Infrastructure (Drinking Water Supply Systems, Faecal Sludge Treatment Stations, Landfills, For Example); Improve The Sustainability, Governance And Management Of Public Water And Sanitation Services And Build The Capacities Of Stakeholders. 2.2.
