1. Subject Of The Order.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, On The Terms Specified In The Contract, Of The Anti-Foaming Agent Af-30 Or Romis S-24 Or Nalco 131 S Or Equivalent, Necessary In The Process Of Utilization Of Saline Waters, In A Maximum Amount Of 3200 Kg.1.2 The Anti-Foaming Agent Should Have The Following Properties: 1) Solubility In Water - Creates Suspensions (Emulsions), 2) Anti-Foaming Effect - Minimum 80%, 3) Reaction Close To Neutral Or Neutral, 4) Can Be Safely Used In Food Production, 5) Is Not Classified As Dangerous,6) Consumption Of The Anti-Foamer Not Exceeding 0.025 Kg Of The Preparation Per 1 M³ Of Saline Water With An Average Nacl Saturation Of 125 G/L,7) The Shelf Life Of The Anti-Foaming Agent Is Not Shorter Than 12 Months From The Production Date And Not Shorter Than 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Preparation To The Ordering Party,8) Will Be Effective In The Process Of Utilization Of Saline Waters And Will Not Disturb The Nac Concentration And Crystallization Process L.2. Delivery Conditions.2.1. The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Term Of The Contract, In Batches (Maximum In 10 Batches).2.2. The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order To Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depends On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 2.1.2.3. The Ordering Party Shall Submit Orders To The Contractor By E-Mail.2.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Within 5 Working Days From The Date Of Submitting The Order.2.5. The Contractor Shall Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Ordered Delivery By Phone Or E-Mail, Not Later Than One Working Day Before The Required Delivery Date.2.6. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered In Plastic Hobbocks With A Capacity Of 20 Kg Or 25 Kg.2.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And On His Own.2.8. Place Of Delivery - The Main Warehouse Of Kopalnia Soli Wieliczka S.A., 32–020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1.2.9. Delivery Hours Are Set On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 7.00 To 13.00.2.10. Along With Individual Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Provide: A) A Quality Certificate Containing Information On The Storage Conditions And The Warranty Period For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, Which May Not Be Shorter Than 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Proof Of Issue Of The Goods Outside The Wz Or Vat Invoice, C) The Date Of Production Of The Subject Of The Order On The Labels Of The Packaging.2.11. Together With The First Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Provide: A) A Document Stating That The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Safely Used In Food Production And Is Not Classified As Dangerous, B) A Safety Data Sheet For The Preparation Registered In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No 1907/2006 ( As Amended) For Which A Reach Number Has Been Assigned Or A Document From Which It Follows That The Subject Of The Contract Is Exempt From The Reach Registration Obligation. In The Event Of Changes To The Safety Data Sheet, The Contractor Should Provide A New Safety Data Sheet Together With The Next Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract.
