Servicing, Commissioning & Maintenance Of Generator And Automatic Transfer Switch At Shaw Park Complex The Work Described Include The Furnishing Of All Labour, Materials, Equipment And Maintenance To Be Rendered For The Generator And Ats Located At The Shaw Park Complex East Side Utility Compound. A Maintenance Period Of 2 Years Will Be Required To Support The Work To Be Done. The Works Listed Are Not Limited To Such But Must Include The Following: 1. Clean And Remove All Debris, Rust, Moisture Build Up And Exposure Areas In And Around Automatic Transfer Switch (Ats) In Preparation For Project. 2. Prepare Generator Unit For Commissioning – Full Cleaning Of All Internal Areas. Empty Oil And Fuel Then Change Oil, Fuel, Oil Filter And Fuel Filters. 3. Disconnection, Remove And The Cart Away All Old Cabling And Excess Materials. 4. Assembly And Install Exhaust Extractor Hood For Generator Unit. 5. Excavate And Construct New Cable Trench Area To Accommodate Cabling From Ats To Generator Connection Point On The South Side. All Necessary Masonry And Fabrication Inclusive Of Covers Must Be Done To Industry Standards. 6. Backfill, Cover And Render With Concrete Old Cable Trench. 7. Fabricate Connection Panel Along With Any Necessary Modifications. 8. Run Out Approximately 46 Meters Of Cable In New Cable Trench To Connect Ats And Generator And Make Safe For Easy Access And For Future Maintenance Checks. 9. Fully Refuel Generator And Prepare For Commissioning. 10. Replacing The Track Smf 22 Plate Battery 11. Clamping And Securing The Cable To The Floor And Wall. 12. Cover Trench And Verify All Grounding 13. Conduct Testing In Conjunction With T&Tec Officials. Arrangements To Be Made By The Contractor.
