Technical Documentation, And Any Changes And Additional Findings Resulting From The Procedure Being An Integral Part Of The Swz.5. All Proper Names Of Devices And Materials, If Used In The Documentation Of The Procedure, Are Given As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Performance And Quality Parameters As Well As Their Required Standard And Appearance, May Be Replaced By Other Equivalent Or Better, However, The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence, In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Belongs To The Contractor. 6.
