The Subject Of The Contract Is: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 2314C Żnin - Janowiec Wlkp. From Km 8+300 To Km 10+575 Designed Condition, Scope Of Works. Designed Status The Investment Planned For Implementation Will Consist In The Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road No. 2314C Żnin - Janowiec Wlkp. From Km 8+300 To Km 10+575, Which Will Supplement The Investment On The Road In Question In Connection With Its Modernization, Which Has Been Systematically Carried Out By The Poviat For Several Years Zninski. The Stage In Question Is 2.275 Km Long And Covers The Towns Of Uścikowo And Świątkowo. The Main Subject Of The Investment Project Is: • Leveling And Appropriate Profiling Of The Existing Pavement With Asphalt Concrete; • Execution Of A Bitumen Overlay On The Roadway; • Execution Of A New Pavement Construction On Widenings; • Construction Of Traffic-Slowing Islands At The Entrances To The Village; • Demolition Of Old And Construction Of New Road Barriers; • Construction Of Shoulders Made Of Broken Aggregate, • Reconstruction Of Existing Slopes Along The Road With Topsoiling And Sowing With Grass Mixtures; • Demolition Of Old Pavements And Construction Of New Pavements; • Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings; • Renovation And Cleaning Of Culverts Under Exits And Under The Road; Basic Data Technical: • Technical Class Of The Road - Z; • Traffic Category - Kr3; • Built-Up And Non-Built-Up Areas; • Design Speed - 40 Km/H; • Length Of The Section Covered By The Order - 2.275 Km; • Roadway Width Outside Built-Up Areas - 6 M, On Curves Standard Wheel Extensions; • Carriageway Width And In Built-Up Areas - 6.5 M, Standard Widenings On Circular Curves; • Lane Width - 3.0/3.25 M; • Street Cross-Section With A One-Sided Or Double-Sided Pavement; • Road Cross-Section Limited By Resistors - Outside Built-Up Areas. Most Of The Designed Section Runs Along The Existing Track - Slight Corrections Of Horizontal Arches Were Made; • The Designed Structure For The Section In Question Provides For The Implementation Of A Bituminous Overlay. In The Case Of Sidewalks, It Is Planned To Dismantle The Existing Ones And Build Them Anew, Adjusting Them To The Designed Elevations And Widths; • In Places Where The Design Documentation Does Not Provide For The Incorporation Of Road Curbs, Concrete Retainers Should Be Used On The Edges Of The Designed Roadway; • In Order To Improve The Operation Of Public Transport, Bus Bays Are Designed 3.0 M Wide; • In Order To Ensure The Safety Of Pedestrians, One-Sided Or Two-Sided Sidewalks With A Width Of 2 Meters Were Designed, Together With Pedestrian Crossings; And Diagonals 1:1 (If The Exit Is Led Through The Designed Sidewalk); • Other Exits Are Designed With Asphalt Pavement Widths Adapted To The Existing Condition, Rounded E Rays With R Min. = 3 M; Road Course In A Longitudinal Profile: The Longitudinal Section Of The Existing Terrain Was Determined On The Basis Of A 1:500 Scale Map Provided By The Surveyor. The Following Factors Had A Major Impact On The Design Of The Gradeline: • Adapting The Gradeline To The Existing Topography And The Planned Road Class; • The Need To Link The Gradeline To The Existing Condition At The Junctions Of Side Roads; • Efficient Drainage Of The Roadway And Proper Drainage. Additional Information Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: • The Employer Does Not Have Current Arrangements, Including The Opinion Of The Conservator Of Monuments. The Authority Issuing The Decision Amending The Decision To Implement The Road Investment, Reference Number Ua.673.2.4.2014 Of August 29, 2014, Did Not Require Updating Them. If There Is Any Need To Obtain Additional Arrangements, Necessary Opinions From Institutions, Public Administration Bodies And Operators Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks, Or To Update The Existing Arrangements Attached To The Design Documentation, It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility In Accordance With § 5 Section 2 Points 20 Of The Draft Contract. • All Types Of Curbs (Street, Ramp, Trapezoidal) Have Been Included In One Item Of The Offer Cost Estimate As A General Item Regarding The Placement Of Curbs On A Concrete Footing With A Resistance Made Of C-12/15 Concrete. • The Width Of The Mesh Being Laid Is 2X1.0 M On Both Sides Of The Widening. • Technical Parameters For Active Reflective Elements: - Must Be Solar-Powered And Made Of Plastic And Additionally Placed In A Plow-Proof Cover, - Possibility Of Mounting In The Roadway, - Double-Sided, - Blinking, - White Color, - Capacitor With High Minimum Capacity 100F, Resistant To Temperatures In The Minimum Range From -30°C To +50°C, - Time Of Full Charge: Max. 3 Hours (In Full Sun), - Time Of Full Discharge: Min. 24 Hours (In Complete Darkness), - White Color. • The Employer Will Not Require Setting Up The Runway Posts. • The Demolition Material, Apart From The Surface Cutter, Is The Property Of The Contractor. The Milling Cutter From Surface Milling Should Be Delivered To The Storage Yard In Podgórzyn. • The Employer Will Allow All Kinds Of Aggregates That Meet The Following Parameters: Aggregate C90/3 With Grain Size 0/31.5 Mm Thick. In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Frost Resistance F1; Water Absorption Wa24 ≤2; Resistance To Fragmentation Mde ≤25. • Shoulders Should Be Made Of Aggregate Owned By The Contractor In Accordance With The Design. • Sma Wearing Course Should Be Made Of Modified Asphalt. Details Of Solutions In The Longitudinal Section Are Shown In The Drawings Of Longitudinal Sections. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Offer Cost Estimate. Note The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz Contains The Original Design For The Entire Section And An Update Of The Documentation. When Preparing The Offer, Please Analyze Only The Section From Km 8+300 To Km 10+275 From The Study Entitled Documentation Update Pursuant To Article 101(4) Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Design Documentation, I.E. In The Document Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contains A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals , Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment , Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. Conditions For Settling The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Financed: From The Ordering Partys Own Funds With Co-Financing From The Government Road Development Fund Program. 310 Ppl; C) The Basis For Determining The Remuneration (Gross Price Of The Offer) Will Be The Offer Cost Estimate Developed On The Basis Of The Material Scope Specified In This Tor And In The Design Documentation; D) The Ordering Party Allows Only One Payment For Complete Works Being The Subject Of The Contract; Preparation Of A Mutually Signed Acceptance Protocol, Which Will Show That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Made Completely And In Accordance With The Contract And Has No Defects And Can Be Intended For Use.
