Przepiórki 16/18 In Warsaw As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled “Modernization And Extension Of The Building Of Primary School No. 66 At Ul. Quail 16/18”. 1.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1.3.1. Performing The Function Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351), 1.3.2. Servicing The Investment To The Extent Specified In The Act, Including The Coordination Of Industry Supervision And Controlling The Settlement Of The Investment With The Contractor Of The Investment, As Well As With Its Subcontractors, 1.3.3. Servicing The Warranty Period And The 5-Year Warranty, I.E.: A) Supervision Over The Removal Of Defects/Defects Found During The Final Acceptance Of Works And During The Warranty/Warranty Period And A Protocol Confirmation Of Their Removal, B) Carrying Out Warranty Inspections With The Participation Of The Employer During The Quality Guarantee Period Granted By The Investment Contractor And A 5-Year Warranty, Including Assessing Defects/Faults Along With The Valuation Of The Costs Of Their Removal.
