In The Quantities And With The Characteristics Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Appendix 8 To Swz.3.2. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, And Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New And Non-Display, Free From Third Party Rights. 3.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Carry Out Works Related To The Arrangement And Installation - Positioning Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 121 Point 2) Of The Public Procurement Law And Checking The Correctness Of Operation In The Presence Of Employees Designated By The Employer. 3.4.
