A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In This Procedure Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bills Of Quantities, Swz, Contract Template With Attachments.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Swz With Attachments, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure And Bills Of Quantities, As Well As Applicable Detailed Regulations And Applicable Law, And Will Provide Full Geodetic Service Along With The Guarantee And Warranty Period. The Basis For Preparing The Offer Are Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Answers To Inquiries During The Public Procurement Procedure. Bills Of Quantities Are Only Auxiliary Material.
