Biogas Chiller/Piping Upgrades - High Performance Buv Equipment - The Proposals Shall Be For Furnishing All Labour, Equipment, Material, And On-Site Services For The Supply Of 25 Of 300Mm High Performance Butterfly Valves And 8 Of 400Mm Butterfly Valves, And Other System Appurtenances Necessary For Complete And Functional Operation. Services Will Include Design, Manufacturing, Testing, Supply, Delivery, Commissioning, And Operator Training. Installation Of The Equipment Will Be By Others. The Lowest Cost Or Any Proposal Will Not Necessarily Be Accepted. The Owner Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Proposals In Whole Or In Part. Proponents May Be Required To Provide Supplementary Information After The Closing Date To Support Their Proposal. The Owner Will Assign The Supply Contract Arising From Acceptance Of A Proposal Hereunder To A General Contractor For The Project When Such General Contractor Has Been Selected.
