Halton Borough Council’S Environmental Division Is Responsible For Over 950 Hectares Of Publicly Owned Parks And Open Space.The Environmental Division Are Responsible For The Development, Maintenance And Promotion Of The Borough’S Green Assets And Infrastructure.
