Building Automation System Upgrades - Various Schools - The Work To Be Performed Consists Of The Construction Of The General Mechanical Works Ventilation And Plumbing Accessories Related To The Building In Accordance With The Lines And Dimensions Shown On The Drawings Or As Described In These Specifications Or As Directed By The Engineer. The Successful Bidder Shall Provide All Supervision, Labour, Materials, Equipment, Machinery, Plant And All Other Items Necessary To Complete All Mechanical Systems. This Shall Include The Removal And Replacement Of Existing Building Automation System (Bas) Components, At Various Schools As Outlined In The Appendices, For The Strait Regional Centre For Education, Which Is Intended To Include But Not Be Limited To The Following Activities: • Site Investigation To Confirm Extent Of Work Required For Bas Replacement; • Replacement Of Control Wiring, Devices, Boards And Graphics; • Provision Of Operator Work Stations And Software; • Provision And Installation Of Automation Software On Srce Provided Server Where Database Will Reside For All Srce Locations; • Work With Srce It Department To Link Each School Location Through An Srce Provided Internet Connection To The Srce Server Database; • Testing And Commissioning Of New Bas; • Testing And Balancing; • Emcs Controls Integration To The Existing Ddc Control Components; • Associated Electrical Power Wiring, And; • Associated Fire Stopping, Painting And Cleanup.
