There Are Currently 47No. (Approx) Apartment Blocks Under Its Management With A Further 7 Currently Used To Accommodate Ukrainian Refugees With The Possibility Of Additional Buildings To Be Included Over The Course Of The Contract. All Buildings Are Currently Operated By Waterford City And County Council For The Provision Of Social Housing Ranging In Size From 2 Apartments Up To Blocks Of 50 Apartments Including Lift Access. The Location Also Ranges From Fully Urban To Suburban With Common Open Space Including Car Parking. The Contract Is Initially For A Period Of One Year, With An Option To Renew Up To A Maximum Of Three Additional Years Subject To Requirements, Performance Review And Subsequent Agreement With The Successful Tenderer.
