Solar Rooftop Investment Program - Firm For Solar Rooftop Business Development Approval Date: 30-Sep-2016 Estimated Commencement Date: 480,000 Usd Engagement Period: 4.5 Month Objective And Purpose Of The Assignment The Objective And Purpose Of The Assignment Are To Support In Restructuring Of The Solar Rooftop Investment Program (Srip) Multitranche Financing Facility (Mff) And Development Of Solar Rooftop (Srt) Market In Residential Consumer Category (And/Or Other Consumer Categories As And When Allowed By Mnre), Under Close Consultation With Ministry Of New And Renewable Energy (Mnre), And Financial Intermediaries (Fis) Of The Srip. The Market Development Should Lead To Bankable Pipeline Formation Of Sub-Borrowers Such As Individual Consumers Or Group Of Consumers, Solar Rooftop Projects Developers, State Distribution Companies (Discoms) Or State Nodal Agencies (Snas) And Financing Institutions Such As Non-Banking Financial Companies (Nbfcs) In Residential Solar Rooftop Sector, Who Could Be Potential Borrowers Of Adb Financing Product Through Fi(S) (Borrower) Of The Srip Mff. The Ultimate Output Of The Assignment Is To Have At Least 500Mw Of Bankable Pipeline Of Subprojects Under Residential Solar Rooftop. Tender Link :
