Airport Quality Assurance Audit Project Goal Perform A Complete (100%) Initial Audit As Is Required Before August 15Th, 2023. Perform A Comprehensive Review Of The Airport’S Documentation, Operational Processes, And Existing Site Conditions For Compliance To Canadian Aviation Regulation Part Iii. To Provide Findings To Be Actioned To Come Into Compliance. The Auditor Will Be Required To Assess The Effectiveness Of The Activities Controlled By The Aom. Utilize The Airport Operators Audit Checklists, Modified As Required By The Consultant To Meet Current Rugulatory Requirements, For The Auditing Tool. Provide A Comrehensive Written Report Identifing Each Non-Compliance Finding Along With Recommended Corrective Action(S) For Each Finding.
