Position Of Consultant Individual In Monitoring Evaluation Of The Pagese Economic Governance And Extractive Sector Support Project The Services Provided For Under This Contract Essentially Comprise The Following Activities: (I) Develop And Put In Place A Practical And Pragmatic Monitoring-Evaluation System For The Project Which Records All Data And Information (Inputs And Outputs) Relating To Project Activities As Well As Impact Data On Project Objectives; (Ii) Analyze Data And Prepare Analytical Reports On The Management And Implementation Of The Project, On The Performance Of Activities And Their Impacts; (Iii) Measure The Results With Regard To The Objectives Set And The Impacts Of The Project On The Target Beneficiaries Of The Project Through The List Of Indicators Established For The Project; (Iv) Analyze The Data Making It Possible To Establish The Necessary Relationships Between Inputs And Outputs On The One Hand, And Results And Impacts On The Other Hand, Then Prepare The Related Reports Which Allow The Coordination Of The Project To To Be Regularly Informed And To Take Management Decisions On Time; (V) Systematically Collect Data, Ensure Their Assembly And Compilation In A Quarterly And Half-Yearly Progress Report For Monitoring And Evaluation; (Vi) Ensure That All Project Stakeholders Maintain Records Of Information On Their Activities And Enter This Data Into The Projects Computerized Management System; (Vii) Develop An Intervention Monitoring System, Including A Database, Which Will Integrate, Among Other Things, Data On Equipment And Services Provided Under The Project; (Viii) Monitor And Control The Materials And Services Provided; (Ix) Conduct Internal Assessments To Detect Possible Weaknesses That Could Negatively Affect The Results And Make The Appropriate Corrections; And (X) Develop An Activity Monitoring And Monitoring/Evaluation System Through The Production Of Regular Reports.
