If Required, As Approved By Dewa Engineer. 8-#In Case Of Repairs By Welding Required, Submit Wps And Wpqr. 9-#Any W Elding, Machining, Shaft Straightening, Etc. Required For Repairs Or Adjustments Are In Contractor Scope Of Work And No Addi Tional Charges Shall Be Considered. 10- Machining & Line Boring To Install New Thordon Bush Instead Of Existing Teflon Bush , All S Hall Be Provided By Contractor And No Additional Charges Shall Be Considered. 11- The Clearance Between Bush And Shaft From 0. 12 To 0.14 Mm 12-#Consumables Like Gaskets, O-Rings, Screws, Pins And Seals Shall Be Provided By Contractor And No Additional Ch Arges Shall Be Considered. 13-#Rebuild The Valve And Test For Smooth Operation. 14-#Carry Out Pressure Test 15-#Valve Body Paint Ing. 16-#Submit Assembly Report (Including Ndt Report And Pressure Test Report. 17-#Transportation Back To Dewa Jebel Ali Site. 18-#Install The Valve In Pipe Line With New Gaskets. 19-#Install The Hydraulic Cylinder Along Related Counter-Weight. 20-#Restore Th E Thermal Insulation And Cladding On Valve. 21-#Commissioning Of The Valve 22-Contractor Shall Provide Workshop Inspection Report An D Assembly Report (Including Ndt Report And Pressure Test Report) With Relevant Pictures. 23-Contractor Shall Provide Valid Ce Rtificates For Lifting Tools And Tackles. 24-The Job, From Step-1- Removal Of Thermal Insulation And Cladding To Step 20 Rest Ore The Thermal Insulation And Cladding On Valve Shall Be Completed Within Maximum 5 Calendar Days, And Will Be Considered Ful Ly Closed Only After Successful Testing In Operation.
