B.#The Related Requirements I.E. Test L Oad, Slings Etc. Shall Be Arranged By The Vendor. C.#The Vendor Shall Conduct A Site Survey And Clear All His Concerns Before Submit Ting Their Offer. The Vendors Are Advised To Visit The Site To Fully Understand The Site Conditions, Job Scope, Job Complexities A Nd Extent Of The Work Prior To Submission Of Their Bids. E.#The Contractor Technicians Shall Bring With Them Their Personal T Oolboxes. F.#Contractor#S Supervisor Shall Always Be Available At Work Site, Whenever And Wherever Work Is In Progress. He Will Be Responsible For The Safety Of Men/Equipment And Also To Ensure That Work Executed Is Of Necessary Quality And On Schedule. G.#The Ar Ea Of Work Shall Be Kept Clean At All Times Before, During And After The Work. H.#No Waste Material Shall Be Disposed At Site Withou T Written Permission From Dewa Engineers. I.#The Contractor At Dewa Work Premises Shall Follow Dewa Safety & Environment Policy, Rul Es And Regulations During The Contract Period. J.#The Contractor Shall Carry Out Risk Assessment For All Works. This Risk Assessment Shall Be From Safety As Well As Occupational Health Considerations. (Dewa Format To Be Used). K.#Toolbox Talks Should Be Given To T He Workmen By Their Supervisor, Copy Of Which Shall Be Given To Dewa. L.#All The Workmen Should Wear Necessary Ppes Like Uniform, Sa Fety Shoes And Helmet While At Work. M.#Erection & Use Of Scaffolding, Use Of Lifting Trolleys Shall Be Certified By Dewa Authorized Personnel And Shall Be Supervised By Contract Supervisor Before Executing The Job On Site.
