Ministry Of The Environment And Sustainable Development General Secretariat Regional Directorate Of The Environment And Sustainable Development Diàna Person Responsible For Public Procurement Project For The Strengthening Of Protected Areas And Local Development (Kobaby) Reference Of The Financing Agreement: Cmg 1545/ 2018/001 Appbl A Expression Of Interest N°001-23/Medd/Sg/Dredd-Diana/Prmp/Kobaby Project The Government Of The Republic Of Madagascar Has Received A Grant From The French Development Agency (Afd) In Order To Cover The Cost Of The Project For The Strengthening Of Protected Areas And Local Development In The Diana Region. Part Of This Grant Will Be Used To Recruit Consultants And The Implementation Of The Partnership Agreement. The Purpose Of The Candidates Service Is: The Mid-Term Evaluation And Final Evaluation Of The Kobaby Project The Kobaby Project Invites Candidates To Express Their Interest In Providing The Service Described Above. This Call For Expressions Of Interest Is Intended For Groups Of Consultants Or Consulting Firms.
