The System Is New, If Its Elements Together Or Every Single Element Is First Commissioned: It Has Not Been Deployed/Commissioned Before Either In Hungary Or Abroad, Nor Has It Been Used As A Demonstration Or Test Device. Ak Informs Ats That According To The Specified Standard Or Made, It Was Only Done In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object. Ak 321/2015. (X. 30.)
