Recruitment A Cabinet Responsible For Preparation Of The White Paper Of The Association Of Large Enterprises Of Togo (Aget) Version 2023 Governance And Development Support Project The Services Provided For Under This Contract Include: (I) The Precise Presentation Of The Situation Of The Togolese Economy, Its Evolution Over The Last Five Years, As Well As Its Prospects As Seen By The Private Sector; (Ii) Identification And Definition Of Actions To Be Taken In The Short, Medium And Long Term By The State And All The Partners Involved In The Economic Life Of The Country, To Make The Business Climate More Attractive To Investments; (Iii) Diagnosis (Strengths And Weaknesses) Of High-Potential Sectors And Business Opportunities Offered To Investors; (Iv) Presentation Of The Performance And Limitations Of Financing Mechanisms For Private Sector Companies, And The Guidelines To Be Followed To Attract Innovative Investments In The Country, Basing The Analysis On Concrete Cases Successfully Implemented In Africa; (V) The Development Of A Clear And Directly Operational Plan To Definitively Settle The Problems Related To Land In Togo; (Vi) Concrete Proposals And Guidelines To Be Explored To Make The Private Sector More Competitive In Sectors/Sectors With High Potential, In A Dynamic Of Globalization And Current Protectionist Tendencies In The Economy
