Recruitment Of An Individual Consultant – Expert In Urban Mobility Implementation Unit Of The Multinational Corridor Project Of Ethiopia-Djibouti Transport - Phase I Provided For Under These Contracts Include: (I) Analysis And Appropriation Of The Organization Chart And Activities Of The Various Departments And Services Of The Ministry Of Infrastructure And Equipment, Including The Agencies Under The Supervision Of The Said Ministry; (Ii) Identification Of The Training Needs Of The Mie, Including The Agencies Under The Supervision Of The Ministry; (Ii) Identification Of Educational Objectives For The Training That Will Be Organized For Staff; (Iii) The Formulation Of The Training Courses Identified Above; (Iv) The Selection Of Personnel Benefiting From The Training; (V) Carrying Out Training Courses With The (Possible) Participation Of Local Experts. It Should Be Noted That The Trainings Will Include The Development Of Technical Skills In The Fields Of Transport Engineering, The Environment, Social Issues, Economics, Financing, Urban Mobility, Legal Affairs, Regulations, Institutional Aspects, Etc The Estimated Duration Of The Services Is Set At Twelve (12) Calendar Months
