They Play An Important Role In Ensuring That Members Of The Community Have Access To Vital Aids And Appliances That Are An Essential Support To Their Care Plans And Ensuring That The Quality Of Life Of Individuals Living With Medical Conditions Can Be Maximised. In Order To Ensure The Ongoing Development And Quality Of These Schemes, The Hse Has Established The Service Improvement Programme For Community Funded Schemes.
