General Repair And Replacement Of Pump Position No. 5, At Major Pumping Station A-1, Zijn Highway For The Sanitary Engineering Operation And Maintenance Directorate (Seomd), Sanitary Network Section (Sns). Pump Repair Works: General Repair Of Pump Assembly To Include The Following; 1. Dismantle The Pump On Site And Bring To The Dedicated Workshop For Repair. 2. Supply And Replace All The Required Defective, Worn Out Pump Hydraulic Parts (Mechanical Seals, O Rings, Glands, Bearings, Shaft Sleeve, Fittings, Gaskets, Etc.) 3. Repair The Pump Volute, Impeller And Replace The Worn-Out Wear Rings. Tolerance Between Impeller And Volute Wear Rings Is 3Mm. 4. Epoxy Painting Of Pump Assembly After All Test Is Performed. 5. Re-Install The Pump On Site After Repair Motor And Cardan Shaft Installation Works: 1. Dismantle The Old Motor And Cardan Shaft And Install The New Motor And Shaft Available On Site. 2. Align The Motor And Cardan Shaft During The Installation And Couple With The Pump. Testing And Commissioning: The Testing Shall Be Conducted In The Presence Of Seomd/Sns Representative With The Proper Checklist On The Sequence Of Testing And Commissioning.
