Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Uzbekistan Schools Ppp - Legal Consultant Assignment Description The Government Of Uzbekistan (Gou) Through The Ministry Of Public Education (Mope) Aims To Competitively Procure A Private Operator To Design, Construct, Finance, Operate, Maintain And Transfer An Envisaged 15 - 20 Greenfield, Energy Efficient Schools In Samarkand And Andijan Regions Of Uzbekistan (Project). Gou Has Retained International Finance Corporation (Ifc), A Member Of The World Bank Group, As Lead Transaction Advisor To Assist In Structuring And Tendering The Project. Ifc Intends To Retain A Legal Consulting Firm (The Consultant) With Experience In The Social Infrastructure Ppps, Preferably Education Infrastructure Ppps. The Consultant Will Be Required To Conduct A Comprehensive Due Diligence Of All Legal Issues Relevant For The Transaction And Prepare A Detailed Legal Due Diligence Report, As Well As Assist Ifc In The Implementation Of The Tender Process And Transaction Throughout The Bidders Rfq And Rfp Processes. Ifc Invites Eligible Consultants To Submit An Expression Of Interest (Eoi) Indicating Their Interest To Provide These Services. Interested Consultants Must Provide Information Demonstrating Their Qualifications To Perform The Services (Brochures, Description Of Similar Assignments, Experience In Similar Conditions, Availability Of Appropriate Skills Among Staff, Etc). Eois Submitted Should Be Limited To A Maximum Of 25 Pages. Any Submission Above This Limit May Not Be Considered.
